We are excited to spotlight Tyler Fallon, our Senior Vice President of Business Support & Technology. Tyler joined us in 2014 as an analyst, bringing with him a unique background as a consultant and astrophysics researcher. Over the years, his expertise and leadership in technology have shone through, earning him four internal promotions, the latest being in April 2024.
Tyler has a role that focuses both internally and externally with an emphasis on cybersecurity, information technology, and data. You can often find him evangelizing on these subjects when not trying to figure out the many mysteries that computers bring to our daily lives.
Residing in Kansas City with his wife, two dogs, and a surprisingly large cat, Tyler balances his professional life with a personal dream: becoming an MLB player. He still holds out hope that the Kansas City Royals might need a 35-year-old knuckleballer any season now.
We are proud of Tyler’s hard work and dedication and are excited to see his continued contributions to our team and the field of technology.

Heather Struble (Account Executive) attended the Texas Women Mortgage Bankers Conference, seizing opportunities for networking and professional growth. We had an incredible time at The Servion Group’s annual golf tournament, where Erik Nelson (SVP, Senior Account Executive) connected with Minnesota credit union executives and supported the Spare Key organization, which has been providing crucial financial assistance to families in medical crises since 1997. The MBA NJ Conference was a fantastic three-day event, where we shared insights and discussions with industry peers, thanks to the expertise and enthusiasm of Sheri Olsen (SVP, Sales Team Lead), Paul Kreuzer (Account Executive), Charlie Johnson (SVP, Sales Team Lead), and Ryan Jackson (Account Executive). Travis Driggs (Senior Account Executive) and Jared Willis (Senior Account Executive) represented Nationwide Property & Appraisal Services at the SCCUA Conference in sunny Southern California, where they connected with industry leaders and credit unions and explored new opportunities. David Fain (SVP, Sales Team Lead) and Travis Driggs celebrated success, partnerships, and friendships in Seneca, SC, with Shane Miller, Juan Rodas, and the incredible New Story Lending team during a memorable 4th of July celebration.
