The purpose of Customer Service is to facilitate orders from the time they are accepted until the time they are submitted by the appraiser, which includes speaking to appraisers, clients, handling updates and managing issues/deficiencies along the way. It is also their duty to provide excellent service which will ensure client retention and growth.
The purpose of the Client Services department is to serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution of residential and commercial valuation assignments. This includes interpreting client needs, developing appropriate descriptions of work, and managing assignments through completion while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
