Our proprietary suite of GSE PDR utilizes a workflow where a Data Collector gathers property data which a local appraiser uses to complete the desktop report.

Nationwide Property & Appraisal Services (NPAS) has partnered with Freddie Mac approved CAPTURE Data Services with best-in-class technology to quickly and accurately gather the property data to ensure clients meet tight deadlines while maximizing cost savings.
If an appraisal is required, NPAS will send the completed PDR to a local appraiser and quickly procure a Hybrid Appraisal without needing an additional inspection.
