“Rockie is awesome! There are many appraisal companies out there, so why use this one? COMMUNICATION. I am a private lender and time is the biggest killer of deals. Rockie doesn't miss a beat and keeps things moving along the entire time. I really enjoy working with her and if communication and timeliness is important, you are in the right place.”

Born and raised in Frisco, Texas, Kipp Butler still calls North Texas home—now on a small farm where life's a little slower and a lot more fun. He lives there with his amazing wife Tina, their son Bo (who keeps them smiling every day), and their three lovable dogs (his girls). They have three grown kids they adore, and nothing beats family time for Kipp—it is the best part of any day.
Kipp earned his Finance degree from Southern Methodist University and has spent the past 20+ years in the world of asset management and valuations, covering everything from residential to commercial real estate. Along the way, he has led incredible teams, overseen portfolios totaling over $1.5 billion, and developed smart strategies to help clients get the most out of their assets.
Outside the corporate world, Kipp and Tina make a pretty great team in real estate investing—snagging off-market deals, flipping homes, holding rentals, and sometimes wholesaling when the timing is right. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
When asked about his new role, Kipp stated, "I’m genuinely excited to be part of the NPAS / USRES / RES.NET family. It’s a company that shares my passion for innovation, integrity, and forward-thinking—it’s been a fantastic experience."
Nationwide is proud to have Kipp on the team, recognizing the expertise, leadership, and dedication he brings to every project.
When he is not working, you will find Kipp soaking in the peace of the farm, wrangling projects, or just enjoying the quiet moments with his crew. He believes success is rooted in honesty, relationships, and always striving to grow—plus, a little bit of dirt never hurts.
We rolled out our brand-new booth design and connected with some of the best in the non-QM space. From panel discussions to hallway chats, our team stayed busy talking valuation strategies, market trends, and how NPAS is evolving to meet today’s needs. A big thank you to everyone who stopped by—you made the debut of our refreshed look a hit.
Atlantic City had a little extra heart this year! Our team had a great time at MBA NJ, connecting with lenders and industry partners—and making a meaningful impact along the way. Marshall and Joe were on-site representing NPAS and helped sponsor the adoption fee of a local rescue dog through Rescue Ridge. Supporting our community while doing what we love? That is a win-win.
