Meet the Team: Paula Dailey

"Paula is one of most reliable, hardworking and kind people I've ever met. The day she started at Nationwide, she hit the ground running and never looked back. When she first started, we were right in the middle of the COVID boom with a desk that we could not keep filled due to the sheer volume and stress the industry was under, but she rose to the occasion each day with a smile on her face and positive attitude that has been a major part of our team since. Whether she's answering 2x more calls than anyone on her team (while the other reps yell at her to save them some calls), or jumping in and helping to cover queues whenever someone is out, Paula does it while a smile on her face. She is a beam of light on tough days for our team and puts a positive spin on every situation thrown at us. Paula Dailey

Customer Service Analyst

Paula Dailey has been serving homeowners and industry partners for over two decades. She launched her career as a loan processor at Cendant Mortgage in 1999, moved to a home‑building firm in 2004 after the refinance boom subsided, and joined Nationwide’s Customer Service team in 2021. Under the guidance of her mentor, Susie, Paula quickly mastered the appraisal process and now provides clear, steady support to colleagues and clients alike—expertise that makes her an invaluable part of the Nationwide family.

Off the clock, Paula’s biggest champions are her husband of 14 years, Matt, along with her mom, stepdad, and daughter. The family celebrated their daughter’s wedding in October 2024 and is eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first grandchild this November. On weekends, you can often find Paula and Matt hosting Sunday dinners in their backyard oasis, taking their dogs on bike‑assisted adventures, casting a fishing line, or cheering on the Flyers, Eagles, and Phillies. Nationwide is fortunate to have Paula’s experience and warmth on the team!
