Our Latest Review

“I want to praise and thank Sheri Olsen, for always going above and beyond for all orders I place with NPAS. Whenever I need anything related to my orders, I know I can count on you and your team to get the job done. This helps me keep my borrowers happy and helps feed my family.

You know appraisal requirements and always help me explain and justify if appraisal values come in below borrower expectation. This is so true in the current declining markets across the country, and you and your teams’ help is truly invaluable.

Thanking you and your team very much and here’s to wishing you all and your families a very Happy Holiday Season.”

Giving Back Across the Nationwide Family

At Nationwide, giving back is not limited to a single season or initiative. Throughout the year, our team members volunteer their time, skills, and energy to causes that matter deeply to them, showing up for their communities in meaningful ways.

This season, we wanted to recognize the many ways our employees serve beyond their day to day roles. These efforts reflect the values that connect our Nationwide family and the impact we strive to make together.

Nayt Grochowski

Nayt has dedicated nearly two decades to volunteering through AYSO Soccer and his church community. What began as a simple request to help at a youth soccer registration event grew into more than 19 years of service and over 4,500 games officiated. He has served in numerous leadership roles, including Regional Referee Administrator for 10 years, and now supports referees across South Orange County as the Area Director of Referee Assessment.

In addition to his work on the field, Nayt serves as a lead Stage Manager at Saddleback Church’s Lake Forest campus, helping run weekend services, train new volunteers, and support major events throughout the year. Volunteering has allowed him to give back to his community, create lasting memories with his family, and support causes rooted in teamwork, service, and faith.

Sallie Hansen

Giving back to the community is a meaningful part of Sallie’s life. She volunteers each holiday season with Share Ourselves through their Adopt A Family program, supporting families with gifts and gift wrapping. She also serves meals at Someone Cares Soup Kitchen in Costa Mesa and volunteers with Clothing the Homeless, helping sort donations and support distribution events for individuals experiencing homelessness. For Sallie, volunteering is about showing dignity, compassion, and care to people who need it most.

Celeste Kassenbrock

Honoring a fallen veteran

Celeste volunteers each year with her son on Wreaths Across America Day, participating through Pendleton American Legion Post 117 and the Daughters of the American Revolution. Together, they help lay wreaths in remembrance of fallen veterans during the holiday season. This tradition is a meaningful way for their family to honor service, reflect on sacrifice, and keep the memory of those who served alive.

Kody Kubosh

Kody volunteers monthly through Hearts for Homeless with Crosspoint Church in Pearland, Texas. Through this outreach, he and his church community provide food, clothing, and support to individuals experiencing homelessness in downtown Houston.

The focus of Hearts for Homeless is building relationships and community. Kody has seen firsthand how those connections can lead to meaningful change, including individuals finding housing and opportunities to give back by serving others.

Marianne Colavita

Marianne has volunteered with her local Volunteer Fire Company for 25 years. While her husband and son serve as firefighters, Marianne supports the department behind the scenes. When firefighters are on big calls, she organizes the Auxiliary to bring out food and drinks to keep the firefighters hydrated and their energy up.

Her fire company is 100 percent volunteer run and relies on fundraising and donations. Marianne organizes multiple fundraisers each month, including hoagie sales, pancake breakfasts, and trivia nights. She has even enlisted help from fellow Nationwide team member, Sheri Olsen, who joined her during a recent fundraiser.

Jason as Darth Vader

Jason Baxter

Jason and his family volunteer with Kids Can Cosplay, an organization in Southern California that provides costumed characters for kids and groups in need. Their volunteer work includes hospital visits, charity runs, autism awareness events, and toy and school supply distributions.

Jason loves bringing characters to life for the kids, especially when he gets to volunteer as Darth Vader. Seeing the kids’ reactions and joy is what makes the experience so meaningful for his family.

Sri Velamati

Volunteers alongside his family in support of organizations that protect and uplift children. Their efforts include working in food pantries, tutoring elementary students, collecting jackets and gloves, and repurposing toys. For Sri, volunteering is about showing up, building community, and passing compassion on to the next generation.

We are proud of the many ways our team gives back and grateful to work alongside people who care deeply about their communities. These efforts reflect the care, commitment, and sense of community that is at the heart of the Nationwide family.
