This year's 7th Annual Sales Summit marked a major milestone — not just in how far we have come, but in the momentum we are carrying into the year ahead. Dating back to December of 2018, when just 12 team members gathered for the very first Summit, the tradition has grown into something even bigger and more impactful. In 2025, we proudly doubled that number with 24 attendees, and for the first time, 12 different presenters led sessions, bringing new energy, insights, and collaboration to the table.
The growth was unmistakable, but what remains unchanged is the passion we share for serving our customers — and each other. As Mike Moore, CRO, reflected:

From strategy sessions to breakout discussions, the energy was contagious. Ideas were shared freely, goals were sharpened, and new initiatives began to take shape. It was inspiring to see every team member, both longtime veterans and newer faces, engaged, motivated, and aligned on what's ahead.
We also celebrated standout performances with our Sales Blitz competition, where Heather Stockton and Jared Willis came out on top thanks to their outstanding drive and execution. Their achievements and the spirit behind them represent exactly what's propelling us into this next chapter.
The energy did not stop in the meeting rooms. Our Amazing Race-style team-building competition brought out everyone's competitive spirit, with teams racing through creative challenges and solving puzzles on-site at the hotel. Congratulations to Team Stephanie for taking the win and showing what great teamwork can achieve!
As we wrapped up the Summit, one thing was clear: our sales team is heading into the year ahead with more motivation and unity than ever. The new ideas we gained and the relationships we strengthened have created powerful momentum for us to build on. We all feel the excitement for what is ahead and are ready to channel this energy into reaching new heights in the coming year.
