ELLIOTT provides agricultural appraisal services to include buildings and other improvements which are a part thereof including Farm appraisals, Ranch appraisals, Orchard appraisals, Vineyard appraisals, Forest land and Hunting Preserves.

Commercial appraisals and valuation are used by a multitude of institutions and investors for collateral review, risk assessment, and evaluation of leverage when lending money on commercial real estate.

Equipment

Equipment appraisals and valuation are completed in factory, industrial and business properties across the country and can include value in place, depreciated value, salvage value and scrap value.

Heathcare Properties

Healthcare property appraisals and valuations of ambulatory centers, regional medical centers, doc in a box, and emergency care center are needed daily.

Hospitality Properties

Hospitality properties appraisal and valuation can include a number of different properties and reports such as hotel appraisals, restaurant appraisals and will consider data like revpar and cap rates.

Insustrial Properties

Industrial property valuation varys widely depending on the type of improvements and processes that take place at the location from mines, plants, warehouses, etc.

Land

Land appraisal and assessment of land values involves many factors including use, location, and size from raw land to subdivision lots.

Public Properties

Public property appraisal involves valuing public buildings and property that changes hands less frequently such as school appraisal, church appraisal, museum appraisal and library appraisal.

Residential Properties

Residential appraisal and valuing residential real estate has made up the majority of appraisals in years past. Residential real estate covers a vast majority of appraisal transactions by certified residential appraisers commanding the lions share.

Carlyle Holt - Senior Vice President & General Manager
Carlyle Holt serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the firm. Mr. Holt currently holds a Trainee Real Estate Appraiser License and is working toward a Certified General Appraiser License, is a practicing affiliate with the Appraisal Institute, is a state licensed real estate broker and a graduate of North Carolina State University with a B.S. degree in Economics. In addition to having been employed by the firm since 2006, he has an extensive background in mortgage loans, title insurance, property and casualty insurance, and commercial and residential construction restoration. Mr. Holt’s experiences qualify him to deal with many of the needs of our clients, relating to mortgage loan underwriting, title insurance claims, insurance replacement cost and new construction appraisals.
Scott Riggsbee - Client Services Director
Scott Riggsbee serves as the company's Client Services Director. Mr. Riggsbee served in the United States Navy prior to earning his Real Estate Broker License, starting his career in commercial and residential real estate sales and establishing a successful web marketing company. Since joining the firm in 2012, he has proven to be an integral part of the company through his focus and dedication in developing meaningful and efficient solutions to some of our clients most complex evaluation needs. His unique ability to research, target and analyze data and details quickly allows him to professionally address any evaluation request.
